We have three separate treatments available for use in our attempts to remove strong smells from your rug. We use products that attack the bacteria that cause the smell rather than a perfume masking agent. This process also increases the turn around time but yields great results. These treatments must be applied once cleaning is completed. In some cases a second treatment is necessary to reduce the odour to an acceptable level. We cannot guarantee 100% complete odour removal, however in most cases the results are brilliant.
